DEKTITE® FLASHERS come in nine different sized for pipes ranging from 1/4″ to 10″ in diameter and are available in black & grey EPDM siliconed for high temperature application.
DEKTITE® FLASHERS require no fancy tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors.
DEKTITE® FLASHERS’ flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold at the base allows them to fit any roof style.
TETRAL ECOFOAM is manufactured from closed cell chemically cross-linked foam Polyethylene (PE). Ecofoam has very stable physical properties. The material it is made from (PE) has many uses because of its stable nature. It has great resiliency, is a very tough material for its weight, has a good flexibility, has low water absorption and resists water vapour transmission and hence finds use in life jackets and swimming kick boards.
ECOFOAM exhibits excellent resistance to outdoor exposure. The two main causes for degradation outdoors are ultraviolet (UV) light and ozone. Ecofoam is resistant to both of these degredants, and because of its good UV stability the material it has been manufactured from is used as spa covers and surf products. Samples of foam have been outside for more than 10 years and the foam remains quite serviceable.
